These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, The Visual DNA Lab course (the "Course"), and the Visual DNA Lab Community membership (the "Community"), operated by Praise Ndlovu ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting this site or purchasing the Course and/or Community, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Course

The Visual DNA Lab is a digital, self-paced educational course covering content strategy, visual branding, and brand-deal outreach for content creators. It is sold as a one-time purchase of $57, which includes lifetime access to the 5 core modules plus the bonuses listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

2. The Community

The Visual DNA Lab Community is a separate, optional paid membership offered alongside the Course, providing weekly live Q&A and edit sessions, a monthly 1-on-1 draw, member accountability, early access to new resources, and member giveaways. When added at the same time as the Course, the Community is billed at a bundle rate of $10/month, which will not increase for as long as you remain subscribed; purchased on its own, the standard rate is $20/month.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Course or the Community.

4. Payment & Pricing

The Course is a one-time payment — there are no recurring fees or subscriptions. The Community is a recurring monthly subscription, billed starting immediately upon purchase. Payment for both is processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details. Course pricing is subject to change for future customers, but will not change retroactively for anyone who has already purchased. Your Community rate at the time of signup will not increase for as long as your membership remains active.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Community membership at any time. Cancelling stops all future billing; because membership is billed monthly in advance, we do not refund the current billing period already charged, but no further charges will occur after cancellation. Cancelling the Community does not affect your access to the Course.

6. Refund Policy

Course: we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you go through the material, implement it, and don't feel it was worth the investment, email workwithpraise@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Community: monthly membership fees already billed are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see Section 5).

7. License & Intellectual Property

All Course and Community materials — videos, guides, templates, live sessions, and bonuses — are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share your login/access, or publicly republish any part of the Course or Community without our written permission.

8. No Guaranteed Results

The Visual DNA Lab Course and Community are educational products. Individual results vary based on effort, implementation, existing audience, niche, and market conditions. Testimonials and examples shared on this site represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes, including any specific income, follower growth, or brand deals.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site, the Course, or the Community for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

This site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as our payment processor or community platform). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site, Course, and Community are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, the Course, or the Community. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course and/or Community in the preceding 12 months.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including as the Community launches and its features are finalized. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site, Course, or Community after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
